This multicenter, prospective, double-blind, randomized, controlled, clinical trial revealed that ACL injured patients repaired using PEEK interference screw and EndoButton developed either by Delta Medical or Smith & Nephew under arthroscopy had a significant improvement in clinical outcomes after surgery.
